2. Prepare your items for pick up. Once you’ve scheduled a pick up, you’ll need to make sure your items are ready for Donation Pickup Service day. All items should be in good, working condition and should be clean and free of any damage or stains. Furniture should be free of any pet hair or odors.

3. Wait for your pickup. On the day of your scheduled pickup, a Salvation Army truck will arrive at your location to collect your donations. Please have all items ready and easily accessible for our drivers.
